In Sichuan Province, infrared cameras at Baiyang Nature Reserve have captured footage of various wild animals, including giant pandas and black bears.

Staff say they identified four different adult giant pandas. Several infrared cameras also captured adult golden snub-nosed monkeys and their offspring sitting up, walking and eating. Other footage shows forest musk deer eating throughout the day and at night. The cameras also captured images of a number of stump-tailed macaques and black bears.

These images will help the reserve's staff better protect wild animals and analyze their population dynamics.
