Six people killed in SW Nigeria vehicle collision

Six people were killed and 12 others injured when two vehicles collided on Saturday near the town of Ota in southwestern Nigeria's Ogun state.

Federal Road Safety Corps commander Ahmed Umar told reporters that reckless overtaking was suspected as the cause. Umar added that the injured were rushed to a local hospital for treatment and that the deceased are presently being identified.
