The Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that the country's space station has twice been forced to take evasive action to avoid collisions with U.S. satellites. The satellites were launched by Elon Musk's Starlink program. China urged the U.S. to "act responsibly," saying it ignored obligations under outer-space treaties on exposing astronauts to danger.
