CGTN spoke to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's (SAR) former Chief Executive Leung Chun-Ying about the recent Legislative Council election. Under a revamped electoral system, 40 seats in the LegCo are given to the Election Committee, a group tasked with electing the chief executive of the SAR.
