The Starlink Satellites launched by U.S. company SpaceX approached China's space station twice in July and October, causing it to avert and avoid collision. Responding to questions pointed to space debris generated by China, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said such accusations are "shifting the blame onto the innocent by distorting concepts" as it understates the threat put on China's in-orbit astronauts and the space station.
