U.S. President Joe Biden was forced to spend 27 minutes on Air Force One after landing, waiting for plows to clear a path in a severe snowstorm on Monday. The weather also grounded the president's helicopter, forcing him to travel to the White House by motorcade from Joint Base Andrews in suburban Maryland.
