UN's P5 issue joint statement on preventing nuclear war

China, France, Russia, the UK and the U.S., the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, have issued a joint statement on preventing nuclear war and avoiding arms race. It says a nuclear war must never be fought and nuclear weapons should only prevent war.
