In a show of support to Ukraine, the EU's foreign policy chief has kick-started an official visit to the former Soviet republic. He's there to hold talks with Ukraine's foreign minister to address the buildup of Russian military near the country's border. This Friday, NATO's foreign ministers will hold a virtual emergency meeting to discuss the crisis. This will be followed by talks between U.S. and Russian officials in Geneva on Sunday.
