Toyosu fish market holds first tuna auction of 2022

The New Year's first tuna auction was held early on Wednesday morning at the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The top bid was 16.88 million yen (approximately $145,655) for a 211 kg bluefin tuna from Oma, Aomori Prefecture.
