CGTN spoke with Vladimir Zainetdinov, press secretary for the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), about the recent unrest in Kazakhstan sparked by a fuel price hikes. Zainetdinov noted that CSTO secretary-general Stanislav Zas has discussed the situation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is also chairman of the CSTO Collective Security Council, and he also spoke about sending the organization's peacekeeping forces to the country.
