Expert: China is the most active country in making diplomatic connections with Africa
Before heading to Comoros, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi was in Kenya. He met President Uhuru Kenyatta in Mombasa. China and Kenya signed six Memorandums of Understanding, touching on trade and infrastructure, among other sectors. Wang also highlighted China's efforts in helping Mombasa build its railway network. CGTN's Global Watch was joined by Joseph Olivier Mendo'o, the head of the African Youth Delegation in China, in Beijing. Mendo'o discussed the significance of Wang's Africa visit, and said that there is no other country as active as China in making diplomatic visits to Africa.
