Flocks of whooper swans are spending the winter season in Ruoergai Grassland, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The whooper swan, a state-protected species in China, is one of the world's highest flying birds.
Ruoergai Grassland has been held as China's most beautiful high-altitude wetland. With ecological improvements, it has become an attraction for migratory animals.
