Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is visiting the Maldives to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Manoj Joshi, distinguished fellow from Observer Research Foundation, says that China has become a big investor in the Maldives.
