The Russian Defense Ministry plans to evacuate Russian citizens wishing to leave Kazakhstan at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, local time. Military transport planes will fly Russian citizens to Ivanovo and Orenburg, according to TASS News Agency.
Russian citizens were asked to make their own transfers to the airport, with valid passports, and abiding by a strict "one passenger - one hand luggage" policy.
