One person died and two were rescued after a water pipe plug burst at a hydropower station in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Sichuan Province on Wednesday, China's Ministry of Emergency Management said.
Eight maintenance workers remain trapped. Rescue mission is underway.
