Beijing Winter Olympics organizers have strictly implemented low-carbon management with all venues meeting green building standards, director of Beijing 2022's general planning department Li Sen told a press conference on Thursday.

The organizers will build a low-carbon transportation system and carry out carbon offsets, Li said, promising a carbon-neutral Olympics.
