The Carnival of Venice is a place where many dreams come true. Tanja Schulz-Hess, an independent artist from Hamburg, Germany, has been designing her own costumes for 20 years, and has won the title of "Best costume" six times at the Carnival. CGTN's Pablo Gutierrez followed her to art stores and places where she usually buys the materials for her costumes, and witnessed how elaborate costumes come into being with nothing but a glue-gun and sheer passion.
