Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Friday called for actions from the U.S. and NATO to respond to the draft security guarantees proposed by the country, RIA news agency reported.
"Russia is waiting for a reaction from the U.S. and NATO," RIA quoted Lavrov as saying.
