Japan warns of tsunami following volcanic eruption in Tonga

The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) issued a tsunami warning for the country's Pacific coast at midnight on Saturday, urging residents to evacuate from seaside areas, following a massive underwater volcanic eruption near the South Pacific island country of Tonga. The U.S. also warned of strong currents and waves, and coastal flooding.
