A massive winter snowstorm is hitting the northeastern United States and Canada. It's expected to dump more than 60 centimeters of snow in some areas. On Monday, more than 4,200 flights were canceled or delayed in the U.S. alone. Nearly 90,000 homes and businesses suffered a blackout. Traffic was chaotic in Canada's largest city Toronto and neighboring Quebec, as visibility dropped to near zero.
