U.S. President Joe Biden addressed various questions during a nearly two-hour-long White House news conference on Wednesday, as he marked the end of his first full year in office. Biden said he is open to holding a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin amid tension over Ukraine and confident of getting his "Build Back Better" bill passed.
