China's industrial economy recorded significant growth in 2021 despite COVID-19 control measures. The added value of industrial enterprises and the manufacturing industry both grew by nearly 10 percent year on year. Professor Gai Keke from the Beijing Institute of Technology's School of Cyberspace Science and Technology told CGTN's Global Business that the government has used all possible technical solutions to avoid supply chain disruptions in the past year.
