At least 17 killed by explosion in western Ghana

At least 17 people are feared dead and 59 others were injured after an explosion rocked western Ghana, according to the country's information ministry. A blast happened after a truck carrying mining explosives hit a motorcycle on Thursday. The collision-caused explosion leveled hundreds of nearby buildings.
