China will offer a second batch of disaster-relief supplies to Tonga, China International Development Cooperation Agency said Friday.

The 20 million yuan ($3.15m) worth of supplies include food, drinking water and tents, Liu Junfeng, an official with the agency said.

China will also provide financial assistance to Tonga to help rebuild the country.
