The audience in Beijing got a taste of Suzhou's theatrical traditions this week. Suzhou Pingtan Theater artists performed at Beijing's Tianqiao Performing Arts Center on Monday and Tuesday, featuring 17 different styles. The shows are part of Suzhou Arts and Culture Week, which concluded Thursday (January 21). The culture week is one of the many events at the ongoing 22nd Meet in Beijing International Arts Festival and Beijing Olympic Culture Festival.
