In Tonga, where the UN says 84,000 people, more than 80% of the population, have been badly affected by an undersea volcanic eruption and subsequent tsunami. The UN has called access to safe water Tonga's "biggest life-saving issue." The disaster in Tonga has destroyed all houses on Mango Island.
