Tongan capital restores power, connectivity with outside world

Electricity has been restored in the Tongan capital Nuku'alofa, located on Tongatapu island, as of Friday noon local time.
Several parts of Tongatapu island still have no access to power, China Media Group reported.
Internet services are still down, but limited international telecommunications have been restored.
