The UN says 84,000 people in Tonga, more than 80 percent of the country's population, have been badly affected by an undersea volcanic eruption and subsequent tsunami. The UN has called access to safe water Tonga's "biggest life-saving issue." The clean-up efforts are ramping up in the country, which is still covered by thick volcanic ash.
