Chinese street dance culture has witnessed a boom in the past few years. Thanks to a Chinese street dance reality show, underground Chinese street dancers have been thrust into limelight while expanding the sound of Chinese dancers in the world. To China's young dancers, street dance is no longer an imported product from abroad: they are using their creativity to express themselves while telling Chinese stories.
