Splinter opposition group begins returning to Juba

In South Sudan, an armed group has signed a peace deal with President Salva Kiir's ruling party. The group has started returning to the capital Juba after breaking away last August from the party of opposition leader Riek Machar, who now serves as vice president. The two camps have been involved in clashes in the country's north.
