The U.S. State Department has ordered the families of U.S. embassy personnel in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev to begin evacuating from the country as soon as Monday, Fox News has reported.
In addition, the embassy has confirmed that the first shipment of the promised $200 million security support package has arrived in the country.
