The Taliban and Afghan civil society members have zoomed in on human rights at their talks in Norway. Sunday's meeting in Oslo came ahead of talks between the Taliban and western diplomats this week. The Taliban met with women activists and journalists, marking the group's first official talks on European soil since they took power in August.
