Taliban delegates begin humanitarian talks with Western diplomats in Norway

Taliban delegates in Oslo met with the EU special envoy plus those from the U.S., UK, Norway, Germany, Italy, France and Qatar, the Foreign Ministry of the Afghan interim government said on Monday.
Issues on the Afghan economy, health, the central bank, and humanitarian aid were discussed.
