China urged the Indian side to strengthen personnel control and maintain normal order in the border area, Long Daxiao, a spokesperson for the Western Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), said on Thursday after handing back an Indian soldier who illegally entered Chinese territory.
