German lawmakers on Wednesday debated over making COVID-19 vaccine shots mandatory, as new record daily COVID-19 infections and the country's stuttering vaccination campaign forced them into an ethical and constitutional dilemma. Three options are emerging – obligatory vaccinations for all adults, vaccinations for everyone above 50, or no mandate at all.
