Japan resumes relief operations to Tonga

The Japanese defense ministry decided on Friday to resume sending personnel and relief to Tonga to help it recover, NHK reported on Thursday.
Earlier, the relief operation was halted due to four soldiers en route to Tonga testing positive for COVID-19.
