South Korea has reported over 14,500 new COVID-19 cases, driven by the spread of the Omicron variant. The daily caseload is setting an unwanted record-breaking trend for what is now the third consecutive day. In order to combat the surge, the South Korean government has launched a new pilot testing scheme. Jack Barton reports.
