Burkina Faso's new military leader says he will restore security and order. Lieutenant Colonel Paul-Henri Damiba gave his first public address to the nation, after seizing power from President Roch Kabore on Monday. The junta is calling itself "the Patriotic Movement for Safeguarding and Restoration."
