After requesting a written response from the U.S. on their concerns over North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) expansion, Kremlin officials said there's room to continue dialogue with Washington despite Russia's main security demands having not been addressed. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian foreign minister claims Russian troops are building up fast on the border, and says his country is ready to defend itself. Julia Chapman reports.
