For the last stop of "Cool China", CGTN is coming to Sand Lake Scenic Resort in northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, to welcome Chinese New Year and have an ice breaking trip. 

Sand Lake is one of the best places for bird watching in all of China, as it is home to 198 species and over one million birds. Locals enjoy their winter times by playing ice wood ball (Chinese hockey), dragon boat racing on ice, and enjoying local hotpot with beef and mutton on a moving boat with warm sunshine.
