A Chinese goral was recently spotted at the Baiyunshan National Forest Park in Luoyang City, central China's Henan Province.

On the footage, the creature was leisurely foraging at the Yuhuang Peak at the altitude of 2,216 meters. It was the first time that the species was captured on camera in the wild in Luoyang City. 

The Chinese goral is under second-class state protection in China and is listed as vulnerable by IUCN Red List. It is usually found in rugged and inaccessible areas, like steep slopes and rocky areas.
