"Even though international exchanges have become more difficult with the pandemic intensifying at the global level, it is pleasing to see that China is creating a safe and healthy environment for all athletes competing in the upcoming Winter Olympics," said Roberto Morais, member of parliament of Sao Paulo, Brazil.　

He emphasized that the Olympics is more than a sporting event, it is also a valuable platform for international exchanges and dialogues.
