February 1 marks the first day of the Chinese New Year, and the beginning of the Year of the Tiger. It's a time when people head home for family gatherings. To celebrate the holiday, a New Year fair is being held at the Old Summer Palace park in Beijing's western Haidian District. CGTN's Cao Bing reports.
