U.S. President Joe Biden approved the deployment of 2,000 troops from the U.S. to Poland and Germany, and 1,000 troops already in Europe to reposition to Romania, U.S. media reported, citing officials.
The move comes amid stalled talks with Russia over its military buildup at Ukraine's borders.
