Ecuadorian president arrives in Beijing for opening ceremony

Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso arrived in Beijing on Thursday to attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and related activities.
This is Lasso's first visit to China since he was elected president of Ecuador in April 2021.
