Russian Vice Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko says the U.S. decision to send more troops to Europe is a "destructive measure" and would exacerbate military tensions in the region. The U.S. claims the move aims to respond to changes in the current security situation and "ensure that NATO allies obtain strong defense capabilities."
