At least 32 heads of foreign states, heads of government, members of the royal family, and heads of international organizations will attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and related activities, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced on Friday.
A total of 16 world leaders arrived in Beijing as of 20:00 Beijing time on Thursday.
