Myanmar's military government has filed several new corruption charges on Thursday against detained Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi.

The charges against Aung San Suu Kyi include allegedly receiving $550,000 in cash as a donation for a charity foundation named after her mother from the former Yangon region chief minister, local media reported, citing a statement by the government's information team.
