The Honduran president has tested positive for COVID-19. Xiomara Castro got the result on Sunday after testing negative on Saturday. She said she will work in isolation with mild symptoms. Castro's husband Manuel Zelaya, a former president, tested positive in January. Honduras has reported nearly 400,000 cases within a week, and over 10,000 deaths.
