Mark Spencer became Lord President and Leader of the House of Commons, Jacob Rees-Mogg was appointed as Minister for Brexit Opportunities and Government Efficiency, and Chris Heaton-Harris became Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury on Tuesday as Prime Minister Boris Johnson began his cabinet reshuffle.

The reshuffle comes as Johnson is coming under pressure from opposition parties - and some within his own - to quit.
